Join employees and fellow Golden Eagle members in living out USAA’s core value of Service. Revitalized Dollars for Doers: Each volunteer hour logged in USAA Serves will earn $15 in charitable rewards up to 40 hours annually, with a maximum of $600. This is an increase over the previous maximum of $200. Increased Donation Matching: Annual employee and retiree donation matching will increase from $1,000 to $5,000, extending your generosity to over 160,000 eligible nonprofits.
