Join employees and fellow Golden Eagle members in living out USAA’s core value of Service. Revitalized Dollars for Doers: Each volunteer hour logged in USAA Serves will earn $15 in charitable rewards up to 40 hours annually, with a maximum of $600. This is an increase over the previous maximum of $200. Increased Donation Matching: Annual employee and retiree donation matching will increase from $1,000 to $5,000, extending your generosity to over 160,000 eligible nonprofits.

The mission of Career Village is to provide access to career information and advice to underrepresented youth. They do that by crowdsourcing the answers to every question from every student about every career and building a massive open-access reference source that every online learner can access anytime, anywhere.
