Notice Regarding New Via Benefits Debit Cards 2026
If you’re a USAA post-65 retiree medical participant with a Via Benefits account – or a pre-65 retiree with an open Health Savings Account card from Via Benefits – you will receive a new Via Benefits debit card in late January.
Check your email inbox for details on the upcoming distribution of new Via Benefits debit cards.
Your existing Via Benefits debit card will remain active through Jan. 29, and then the new card will be available for activation on Feb. 2 after a three-day blackout period.
